Sunday 7/15 Teglia Special
I can’t seem to get enough of all the kale that is in full season right now! Russian, curly, Tuscan - it’s all amazing! So, tonight’s special pizza is Organic Chicken Sausage, Fennel, Kale & Roasted tomatoes. Topped with fresh local mozzarella & Picante Provolone. Delicious!

Farmer's Market shopping
Today is Friday, July 6th and it’s time to get to the farmers market. If there is one thing I love it’s summer produce. The inspiration is insane - summer squash, squash blossoms, green garlic, fresh sweet tomatoes, beans, cukes, tons of interesting greens. The list goes on - I can’t wait to create the menu for Sunday Teglia Pizza!
